I actually went with a competitor and regret it. I should have gone with Gary Carroll Pools. It has been nothing but a nightmare going with Aqua Pools. I know people who have gone with Gary, and they have paid a little bit more initially, but they got a lot more in the long run as far as customer service and quality. Don’t “cheap out” (not that a pool is ever cheap)… but remember , you get what you pay for!

Carroll pools is an overall amazing company! They do beautiful work and the employees are so sweet; they work above and beyond. I even had a vertigo attack at one point and I was helped inside with a wet cloth! Hospitality in my own home! Gary the owner did everything to ensure we got everything we needed to be fully satisfied with our pool and if we could rate more than 5 stars I would! I am so happy with our pool; we’ve used it almost everyday since getting it!

Gary Carroll started the pool process with me in late 2020. He came to my house and sat with me 1:1 to talk through all options, size, city and HOA approvals. He made suggestions and I appreciated all the guidance. Construction was spring 2021. I LOVE the fiberglass pool option! It’s so smooth and beautiful. Everyone that gets in it remarks about how smooth the surface is….because it’s not concrete that scratches everything. I also opted for the salt water. Mr. Carroll explained all the benefits and I don’t regret it for a moment. The water is silky and you don’t stink afterwards. The construction/engineering team was very attentive and even after it was done they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My favorite touchpoint was when we were expecting a freeze (almost a year later) they reached out to make sure I knew how to protect the system. – Maggie

The Carroll’s installed a sunroom for my family. Very dependable , honest and excellent work and completed in a timely manner. One year after a severe storm a tornado passing by our location the destructive winds moved the sunroom off center and it had to be replaced.
